    Data backup - How does it work?

    All you need is a storage medium (external hard disk, USB stick, NAS) with write access and sufficient storage space. We will set up the data backup on your Windows PC or Mac, which back up your data  daily or as needed.

     

    Create your request and describe shortly which data you want to back up and where (external hard disk, USB stick, NAS). We will be happy to support you right from the start and clarify the possibilities in a personal conversation. It is also important for us to know whether it is a Windows PC or Mac. As soon as we have received your request, we will contact you and install, configure and test the software in a remote support session. 

    Expected costs:

    Setting up a standard backup to an external hard drive or USB stick, including a short functional test, takes about 40 minutes.
    The condition is that the backup target is already functional and connected to your device.
